Ordering and Cancellations

Terms of Cancellations

As all products are personalised gifts, please read the terms of orderin before placing a order.

When you place a order, you have up to 24 hours after you order to cancel your order.

If you would like to ammend your order, then please:

  • Message me on facebook 'Hollzie',

  •  Instagram 'Hollzieofficial' or

  • email me at hollzieofficial@gmail.com.

  • You can also fill in the 'Contact Us' form on the website. 

When cancelling the order please include;

  • Your name on the order

  • Your address and postcode

  • Your order number

If after the 24 hours you contact me to cancel the order, I may not see this, so please make sure if you would like to cancel then contact me, as you will not be able to return the item. 

Terms of Ordering

Once you have placed your order, you have 24 hours to ammend the order before I start the process of making your products. If you would like to ammend your order, then please:

  • email me at hollzieofficial@gmail.com.

  • You can also fill in the 'Contact Us' form on the website.

Once a order has been proccesed, the personalisation will start on  day '2' and once I have completed the process I will send you a email with the first mock up and then you have up to 24 hours to change any ammends, colours or design if you would like to. After ammends have been made the personalisation will be made and this is when other email is sent to you with the final product. You then have 24 hours to change your desing/colours if you require to. If everything is fine, then the products will be sent to you.

Terms of Wrong Information on Order

If you notice anything wrong on the order, this could include your address being wrong or something else, then please:

  • Message me on facebook 'Hollzie',

  •  Instagram 'Hollzieofficial' or

  • email me at hollzieofficial@gmail.com.

  • You can also fill in the 'Contact Us' form on the website.

If you would like to change anything, please make sure you include:

  • Your name on the order (even if its inncorect)

  • Your address and postcode (even if it is incorrect)

  • Your order name

Once I recieve this information and the details you would like to change then the order details would like to change will be changed.

Terms of Returning and Refunding

We do not accept returns and refunds on any personalised items, unless the item arrives damaged.

If any item arrives damaged/faulty, please contact me within 24 hours:

If you would not like a free replacement, I will happily refund you the full amount.
